stages : starting, underway, nearing completion, completed
progress rates : stalled, very slow, slow, moderate, nominal, phenomenal

Phases :
phase 1 = creating initial plans, design, start building networks
  • level 1= public presentation; backed up crudely
  • level 2 = further execution; completely backed up so project can continue completely without me
  • level 3 = system and sufficiently built networks take over, I fall in as one with the masses at this point, generally speaking
  • phase 2 = refining and finishing plans, design, etc., many efforts underway, implementing clearly effective solutions
phase 3 = refining and completing solutions to many higher level problems and issues, focus moving to lower and lower levels
(phase 4 = project just continues until all issues and problems are addressed)

    Networking :
Initial efforts were just casual experimental in-person contacts, in the u.s.a. and the Netherlands. Of somewhere of about 100 people talked too, everyone fit in the "happy with way things are" category, thus no persons to join in found (and also nothing in donations to the project, just some to the old fool fund).
The next phase though is to use the internet and "spreading the word" in an effort to locate others interested in joining in, and hopefully also others who are starting their own branch of the project. (For comparison, networking/merging, etc.)
